The Location
We are situated on 20 acres just outside the vibrant waterfront community of Sylvan Lake, making us a very accessible venue. Our couples will be able to relax and enjoy all the serenity that our country side wedding venue has to offer, while still being close enough to enjoy this little resort town. Activities such as camping, boating, shopping or walking the sandy beach down to the lighthouse, are all possible during a stay in Sylvan. The biggest perk of being this close to town is that there are several taxies, shuttle services and close accommodations for your guests. We are located in the heart of Central Alberta, making travel from Calgary or Edmonton equally convenient for all of your travelling guests.
The View
We promise you will not find a better view of Sylvan Lake than from our property. Whether our couples are getting ready in the bridal suite, saying "I do", or relaxing on our covered patio watching the sunset, this unobstructed view of the lake is sure to take all your worries away. It is also a stunning backdrop for those golden hour photos.
The Facility
We spared no expense when designing our impressive clearspan tent. From the custom ceiling drapery to the chandeliers and twinkle lights, the tent always feels timeless and romantic.
The tent isn't the only thing that will wow your guests. Our covered patio offers stunning views of Sylvan Lake and is a great space to enjoy cocktail hour or activities between the ceremony and reception. Getting ready in our spacious Bridal Suite, enjoying our lawn games, taking a leisurely stroll down to our pond or simply enjoying a beverage by the fire, there is something for all your guests of every age to enjoy.
The Golf
Did you know you are renting an entire golf course completely to yourselves when you book a Hilltop package!? Our meticulously maintained 9-hole golf course is reserved only for the private events at our facility. Invite your guests up early to sneak in a few holes before the ceremony starts or round up your favourite ladies and gents and start the day off in a fun stress free way.
The Flexibility
It is important to us that our couples have the flexibility to customize their wedding to
represent them. For this reason, our couples have the freedom to choose their caterer, customize their bar and bring in any of the personal touches that reflect them. Arrive at your ceremony by air balloon, arrange your midnight departure by helicopter, bring in food trucks or mobile lockdown rooms. Our couples have done it all!
